If your Prime Visa is lost, stolen, or you see a charge you did not make, act quickly. You can lock the card instantly in the Chase Mobile app to block new transactions, then report the issue to Chase. Your card includes Zero Liability Protection, which means you are not responsible for unauthorized charges when you report them promptly.

## Lock or report your card immediately

<Steps>
  <Step>
    Open the **Chase Mobile app** or sign in to **Chase.com**.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Find your Prime Visa and select the option to **lock the card** to prevent new charges.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Call the number on the back of your card to report the card lost, stolen, or fraud.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Follow Chase instructions to dispute unauthorized charges and request a replacement card if needed.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Zero Liability Protection covers unauthorized charges when reported promptly. Always call as soon as you notice a problem.
</Note>

## Update Amazon Wallet after replacement

When Chase sends a replacement card with a new number or expiration date, update it in your Amazon account so purchases and rewards continue without interruption.

<Steps>
  <Step>
    Sign in to Amazon.com and go to **Your Account** > **Your Payments**.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Remove the old Prime Visa or update the card details with the new number, expiration date, and security code.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Save the updated card and confirm it is set as your default if desired.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Warning>
  Amazon and Chase will never call, text, or email you to ask for your full card number, password, or personal information. If someone asks for these, hang up or delete the message and contact Chase directly using the number on the back of your card.
</Warning>

## If you need extra help

For disputes, replacement cards, or questions about unauthorized charges, sign in to your Chase account online or in the Chase Mobile app, or call the number on the back of your card.
