# What is the Prime Card Bonus and how do I earn it?

The Prime Card Bonus is an automatic extra reward for eligible Prime cardmembers. You can earn 10% back or more on rotating select items and brands sold on Amazon.com. The bonus applies automatically at checkout with no sign-up or enrollment required.

## How it works

* The bonus is available on select products and brands that rotate over time
* You earn the stated bonus rate on top of your base 5% back, for a total of 10% or more
* It applies automatically when you check out with your Prime Visa on eligible items
* There is no cap on how much you can earn through the bonus

## How to find eligible items

Look for the Prime Card Bonus badge or messaging on qualifying product pages on Amazon.com. Eligible items change regularly, so check back often for new offers.

## Who is eligible

You must be a Prime Visa cardmember with an eligible Prime membership, including:

* Annual or monthly Prime memberships
* Prime Student
* Amazon Household members with eligible Prime
* Eligible trial memberships

  Prime Video-only subscriptions do not qualify for the Prime Card Bonus or the 5% earning rate.

## If your bonus is not applying

If you do not see the bonus at checkout:

* Confirm your Prime membership is active and eligible
* Make sure your Prime Visa is selected as the payment method
* Verify the item still shows the Prime Card Bonus badge on its product page
