You can manage most Prime Visa tasks through Chase.com or the Chase Mobile app. Amazon Your Payments is where you verify your 5% earning status and update card details for checkout.

## Common tasks

### Check your 5% earning status

    Expand your Prime Visa card details to confirm the 5% rate is active.

  Your card drops to 3% at Amazon if your Prime membership lapses, the card is removed from your Amazon account, your Amazon account is closed, a different card is linked to Prime, you apply for another Prime Visa with the same account, or you leave an Amazon Family with eligible Prime. Only one Prime Visa per Amazon account can earn 5%.

### View statements and rewards balance

Sign in to [Chase.com](https://www.chase.com/amazon) or open the Chase Mobile app. Your statements, transaction history, and rewards balance are available after you sign in.

### Set up alerts

You can set purchase alerts, payment due reminders, and security notifications through Chase.com or the Chase Mobile app. Look for alert settings after signing in.
